How our Venue Finding Service works:

One call to Origin Events, with details of your requirements, will enable us to commence a search and by using our considerable venue knowledge and experience we will shortlist the best venues to suit your needs.

Through our contacts in the industry and the significant amount of business placed on behalf of our clients, we will negotiate the best rates on your behalf.

Our detailed proposal will be forwarded to you with our minimum standard of 3 options.

Arranged site visits, in attendance with your Origin Events Project Manager.

Once you have chosen your venue there is still a lot of work to do, we will draw up your confirmation and follow up with full co-ordination of your event with regards to menus, AV, transport, entertainment, flights, contracts and final numbers, leaving you free to concentrate on the internal elements of your event. Your project Manager will work side by side with you every step of the way, we can even take the whole logistics element of the project off your hands. (Please refer to Event management).

There is no charge for our service as we receive the normal agent's commission paid by the venue regardless of the discounts which have been offered to you.
